A condensed version of the gunpla facility "THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO" called "THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO POP-UP in AOMORI" will be held at Aeon Mall Shimoda in Aomori starting July 12, 2019 (Fri). Admission is free.

At the event, in addition to "NEXT PHASE GUNPLA" which displays the newest items before anywhere else, Gundam Base and Premium Bandai limited items will also be exhibited.

Also, in addition to the "Photo Spot" with the "1/1 scale Gundam" head, you can see a history of the "Gundam Series" with all the protagonist gunplas displayed in broadcast order, and gunpla meister Kawaguchi's famous treasured works and celebrity-painted "Gunpla Supporters" works are also on display, there are various things to see and do.

There will be sales of Gundam Base limited gunpla and event limited gunpla as well. The July 2019 latest item "HGBD Gundam Base Limited Gundam 00 Diver [Transam Clear]" and "HG Freedom Gundam vs Force Impulse Gundam (Showdown of Fate) [Metallic]" are in the line-up.
