Three Designs of STRICT-G JAPAN x Ichizawa Shinzaburo Hanpu Tote Bags Go on Sale Today! Featuring Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack and Hathaway!

STRICT-G, the apparel shop that incorporates the world of Gundam, collaborates with Kyoto’s sailcloth bag shop, Ichizawa Shinzaburo Hanpu, and today, releases three designs of Tote Bags.

Ichizawa Shinzaburo Hanpu is a handmade sailcloth bag manufacturer that has continued to “spare no effort” for over 100 years, valuing “durable, long-lasting, simple, and user-friendly bags that never go out of style.”
Their products are handmade by specialized artisans throughout the process from cutting to sewing. They use high-quality, specially woven cotton sailcloth, which is dyed in their own rich, flavorful colors, with custom-order threads and metal fittings, resulting in a masterpiece that lasts for many years.

The newly released Tote Bag, also known as a tool bag, uses a classic design produced over 100 years as a tool carrier for artisans. The outer pocket for each design is decorated with Amuro’s personal emblem, Neo Zeon’s emblem, and Mafty’s emblem, respectively, in a brushstroke style.

Sales at stores are scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, March 16.
